What personal philosophy sitcks out the most when it comes to coaching junior club volleyball?: The
least important thing I teach my players is how to play volleyball.
It's the other lessons that will continue to serve you later in life
that we are teaching: responsibility, tenacity, and overcoming
adversity.

UW Oshkosh (second set went to 36-34). They were the defending

What personal philosophy sitcks out the most when it comes to coaching junior club volleyball?: The
one philosophy that sticks out the most is the ELITE U-turn because I
feel it is important to always cheer on your team and congratulate them
at the end of a game. It makes the team more of a family.
What is your favorite experience with the sport of vollebyall?: My
favorite experience with volleball would be coaching 7th grade this
last season because I worked with a great group of girls and we had a
lot of fun working on everyone's skiills and I was proud to see how far
the girls came.
What are you currently doing if you are not coaching volleyball?: When
I am not coaching volleyball, I am working on school work, spending
time with family or friends and going to church and youth group.
